I aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days. Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email along with tracking information for your package.
Please be aware that any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns and refunds.
Once the plushie has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package, including any delays or issues caused by customs.

Where do you ship?
I am based in the UK and offer shipping to UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia.
I currently cannot offer shipping to the EU and NI due to the new GPSR regulations.
However, if you live outside of the EU and your country is not listed, let me know and I will add your country as an option!
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I accept custom orders! However, availability is limited.

I always announce upcoming plushie drops on my instagram — @hookedontoast. I also post sneak peeks of the drops here! : )
